 A Thai Herbal Compress therapy uses a blend of herbs combined in a steamed compress. The warmed herbal packs induce deep states of relaxation and enhance therapeutic benefits of any massage. The heat of the compress warms your tissues and allows the body to become more receptive to massage and allowing for deeper benefits.The aromatic scents released from the steamed herbal packs add another dimension to the  massage; a treat for mind, body, and soul. Common herbs used include: Lemongrass, Eucalyptus, Ginger, Camphor, Kaffir Lime and Turmeric, Compresses are hand-made by me and are yours to take home after the  massage.
